How Will My Order Ship?

We’ve carefully chosen our shipping partners to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible.

Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware of?

  • Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs
  • If you live in a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply

For your convenience Silvanus Furniture offers two methods of delivery: Threshold Delivery, White Glove Home Delivery.

Threshold Delivery

  • Delivery is performed with a two-person delivery team typically using a 20-24-foot box truck with lift gate capability.
  • Product is delivered through the first door or first dry area.
  • No unpack or debris removed
  • Appointment made and signature required
  • Delivered in 2-3 weeks.

White Glove Home Delivery

  • Delivery is performed with a two-person delivery team typically using a 20-24 foot box truck with lift gate capability
  • Product is delivered into the room of choice
  • One Flight of Stairs up or down
  • Product Set in place
  • Unpack and Debris removal
  • Appointment made and signature required
  • Pictures must be taken of any refused product
  • Delivered in 2-3 weeks.

Once the purchase is made the item will be ready to ship in 1 week, we work hard to insure the item is inspected and packaged and ready for pick up by our courier partners.

Return Policy

Silvanus Furniture strives to provide you with the best value in unique, one of kind furniture. We want you to love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Silvanus furniture will refund the original shipping cost on all returnable orders, however, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance in the event of package lost or damage. Once the returned items are received and inspected we will process a full refund to the credit card, bank account, PayPal account or Google Checkout account that was used for the original transaction.

Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfection in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item.

How to Return an Item:

  • Check that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
  • Obtain your RMA number by Emailing us.
  • Repackage the item and affix your RMA number on the outside and inside of the package.
  • Ship the item (tracking and insurance recommended) to the following address:

How to Cancel Your Order:

Canceling your order is easy. Just email us to cancel your order. Regular orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipment. If an order has already shipped you may still return it in accordance with our Return Policy.

How to Report Shipping Damage:

In the event of shipping damage, Silvanus Furniture will refund your order provided you take the following steps:

  • Inspect the package. If there is any visible damage notify the delivery person and note it down on the Bill of Lading. Do not accept or sign for the delivery.
  • Take photos of the damaged package in its entirety and the damaged contents in their entirety.
  • Email us within 14 days of delivery to let us know that your package was not received in good condition.
